Ordering an appraisal is one click away. The order form automatically completes the appraiser information (and yours) saving you time. You can also view a history of your previous orders as well as how you rated them!

Rules
The participant who orders and completes the most appraisals through FiveAppraisers.com in each round shall be the winner of the contest.
Contest will be in two rounds. The first round begins at 12:00am Pacific Time on November 1, 2008 and ends at 5:00pm Pacific Time on November 30, 2008. The second round begins at 12:00am Pacific Time on December 1, 2008 and ends at 5:00 pm Pacific Time on December 31, 2008.
All appraisals ordered though FiveAppraisers.com must be completed prior to Midnight Pacific time on the last date of each round.
The prize for each round will be one (1) Apple iPod Touch valued at approximately $200 (the "Prize"). Only one (1) prize will be awarded for each round.
Winner will be notified by telephone and email within (7) days of the end contest date for each applicable round. If the winner does not timely respond, or if FiveAppriasers.com is unable to locate the winner, the participant with the next highest ordered and completed appraisals will become the winner. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner’s agreement that FiveAppraisers.com, its affiliates and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the Prize awarded herein.
Each Prize will be sent to the winner within two (2) weeks of the contest end date for the applicable round.
To be eligible, a participant must be a mortgage professional who has registered at the FiveDirectories.com website. If you are not currently registered with us sign up here.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Prize.
One entry is counted per ordered and completed appraisal .
All orders subject to verification .
All orders MUST be done through the FiveAppraisers.com website by logging in and clicking the "order appraisal" button on the appraiser of your choice. You must then complete the order and send it. We will not count any orders by any other method.
All winners consent to having their name placed on the FiveAppraisers.com website as the winner of the contest.
In the event of a tie between one (1) or more contest participants, a drawing will be held to determine the winner. An independent source will draw one (1) entry at random.
By ordering an appraisal through FiveAppraisers.com, you are agreeing to the rules set forth in this contest.
Any disputes will be handled by the officers of Five Directories LLC., the parent company of FiveAppraisers.com, and all decisions made will be final.
FiveAppraisers.com is not responsible for payment of any income tax or other taxes incurred by the winner in connection with this contest.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted under federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations.
Employees of FiveAppraisers.com, its affiliated companies, consultants and vendors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
