When will my listing show up?
Our website uses the zip code entered by the customer as the starting point. From there it determines the County that zip code is in. FiveAppraisers will then
locate and display any appraisers within that County that have paid to have their listing show up.
If there are any spaces left FiveAppraisers will attempt to find and show any appraisers that are in the same zip code as the one the customer entered. Finally,
if all 5 spaces have not been filled, FiveAppraisers will display the nearest appraisers to the zip code entered.
As soon as payment is made on our secure website your listing will be active.
Can I upload an image or other information?
Paid members can upload an image, advertise their turnaround times, add a small text advert, enter a website URL (if you have one), and upload their license details.

How can I increase my coverage?
Simply login using the password sent to you in your welcome email. You will see a section called "Extend my Coverage". You are allowed to select counties up to 150 miles
from your home zip code. If you need further coverage please call 866-525-FIVE (3483) for a quote.
What if my County has already been purchased?
Availability is first-come, first-served. If you find that your County is not available then you can place the County on Backorder.
Payment is annual and if any of the five appraisers that have paid to be listed in your County fail to renew their listing then we will send you an email.
Again, availability is
first-come, first-served so if you receive a Backorder Email from us act quickly as it is likely you may not be the only appraiser who is waiting for that County to become available.
Why Five?
This website was started from the premise that a customer spends time clicking a map of the USA, to find a County, and then to sift through a list of many appraisers.
When customers turn to the web to find an appraiser they need to know straight-away that the appraiser they are looking at can service the property. They do not have time to calculate distance, or commute time.
FiveAppraisers makes it incredibly easy for the customer to enter a zip code and start calling. They know that by using this website they are getting local appraisers only.
Also, we know that appraisers that sign up with other appraiser directories are disappointed when they see their listing so far down the list. Perhaps the directory is ordered alphabetically, or by the date they subscribed.
Often this doesn't give the appraiser a fair chance of being seen. FiveAppraisers changes all that by guaranteeing your listing will be displayed in your county EVERY TIME, forever.
